Kid Friendly Chescois built by Chester County parents, for Chester County parents. We got tired of digging through outdated event calendars and sponsored "best of" lists to figure out where to actually take our kids on a Saturday. So we built the site we wished existed.

Our picks aren't sponsored

We don't take payment to feature a place, and we don't run sponsored listings. If a playground, farm, or restaurant is on this site, it's because we think it's genuinely worth a parent's time — not because someone paid for it.

The Thursday email

Every Thursday, we send a short, free email with a curated list of events, playgrounds, restaurants, and rainy-day backups for the weekend ahead — no fluff, no filler, just what's actually worth doing.

How places get on the list

Every place we feature has either been visited by us or verified against an official source — a park district page, a business's own site, or another reliable listing. Every place page shows a "last verified" date so you know how current the information is.
