Chester County Library (Exton)
Underrated as a parent resource. The children's section is large, well-stocked, and genuinely engaging — not just books but puzzles, activity kits, and a comfortable reading area. Story time programs fill up fast; register online. Free, air-conditioned, and your kids leave with something to read. Hard to argue with.
