West Chester
Limoncello Ristorante
Limoncello is the 'nice dinner out' option on this list — proper Italian, attentive service, a patio that's lovely in good weather. They handle families well, but this is better with kids who can sit through a real meal. Toddlers will test everyone's patience here; 6+ is the sweet spot.

Limoncello sits on Walnut Street in the heart of downtown West Chester and does proper Italian at a price point that reflects it. The pasta is made in-house, the service is attentive without being stiff, and the outdoor seating is genuinely nice on a warm evening. This is the right call for a birthday, a grandparent dinner, or any occasion where you want to feel like you went somewhere rather than just fed the kids. Older kids who like pasta will be completely happy; very young children will be fine if they're in a good mood but this isn't the place to gamble on an iffy nap day.
