Round1 is a Japanese-style entertainment chain that somehow fits bowling, a massive arcade, billiards, ping pong, karaoke, and darts into a mall space. The daytime experience with kids is genuinely fun — the arcade selection is excellent, with a mix of classic games and the crane/prize games kids fixate on. Skip the evening visits; after 8pm the crowd shifts.

Round1 is inside Exton Square Mall, which tells you something about the aesthetic — it's loud, bright, and fun in a very deliberate way. The bowling lanes are well-maintained and bumpers are available for younger kids. The arcade is the real draw: hundreds of games with a tap card system so you're not fishing for quarters, including rhythm games, racing sims, and the crane machines your kids will spend 45 minutes at. Food available on site. A solid pick for any age that can hold a bowling ball.
